Terms and Conditions for InnoGrant Advisors KLG

InnoGrant Advisors KLG and its partners reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") at any time. The applicable version of the Terms is the one published at the time of booking or service provision. For simplicity and readability, the use of gender-specific language has been omitted; all references to individuals and roles apply equally to all persons regardless of gender.

1. Booking and Application Process
Requests for consultations and applications for workshops are processed via the website or directly contact. We reserve the right to decline services without any reasons.

2. Payment and Reservation
- All payments for services are due in Swiss Francs (CHF). Any bank fees incurred during the transfer are the responsibility of the client.
- Reservations must be paid in advance by bank transfer or other accepted methods as outlined on the website.
- We will invoice the amount due after the consultation or workshop. The invoice needs to be paid within 15 days.

3. Contract Formation
The contract between the client and InnoGrant Advisors KLG is binding upon booking or registration on the website.

4. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing either on the day of the service or within 24 hours afterward. Late complaints cannot be considered. Instructors, speakers, or event organizers will address feedback immediately during consultations or workshops, provided they are made aware of it. The team will make every effort to meet client expectations.

5. Program and Personnel Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the program or personnel. In the event of changes to the lineup or program that result in an equivalent service or experience, no refund or price reduction will be offered. If no suitable replacement can be found and a workshop or consultation is canceled without a substitute, the client is entitled to a full refund (credited to their personal account or refunded in full).

6. Modifications or Cancellations
- Any modifications or cancellations by the client must be made in writing at least 4 weeks before the scheduled consultation or event. This allows for the possibility of rescheduling or a refund.
- If a client arrives late for a consultation or event without prior notice, additional charges may apply. Extending a session at the client’s request will be accommodated when possible and billed according to the time spent, provided that no other bookings are affected.
- Refund Policy:*
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the event: 80% refund or credit.
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the event: 50% refund or credit.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the event: 25% refund or credit.
- Cancellation within 7 days or non-attendance: Full payment is due, and no refund will be issued.

7. Data Protection
By registering, you agree to the current privacy policy outlined on our website and in these Terms. Personal data such as your name, contact details, and images may be shared with event organizers and partners for organizational purposes. Group photos taken during events may be published on social media or our website. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify us in writing before the event. You may request that your data be deleted or blurred at any time in writing. Participants who register through the website accept our privacy and data policy.

9. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Severability
Swiss law applies to these Terms. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Horgen, Switzerland. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
